Mitt Romney’s socko $100 million take in June “could cost the president the election,” billionaire David Koch told the media. Meanwhile, Koch is planning to host a $50k per person fundraiser on Sunday for the GOP hopeful in Southhampton. David and his brother, Charles, control an energy conglomerate worth an estimated $50 billion. On Friday, the Obama campaign sent out an urgent plea for money from supporters, warning about Romney’s aggressive fundraising push. . . Long before I learned the definition of onomotpoeia, I was a fan of then Post-Dispatch scribe Eric Mink. Jerold Lindner. Lynch and nine others say Lindner molested them as kids. In the 1970s, Lindner studied at SLU, helped with a Scout troop here and set up a house for homeless boys.
