RIDLEY PARK, Pa. - December 6, 2011 (WPVI) -- The principal of the Saint Madeline Parish School in Ridley Park, Pa. has been placed on administrative leave.
Officials are calling it a 'personnel situation' and did not go into further details.
But, they sent a letter home to parents on Monday concerning Principal Dennis Reitano.
It says, quote "concerns were raised during a safe environment lesson in one of our classrooms and, as a result, we made a report to Child Line, and authorities are investigating this accusation."
It goes on to say "nothing is more important to all of us at Saint Madeline than the safety and security of your children."
