The man claims that as a child he was repeatedly sexually abused by Jerry Sandusky. A statement from the victim will be read at the news conference. The complaint, to be filed Wednesday in Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, names Penn State University, The Second Mile and Gerald Sandusky as defendants.
