PHILADELPHIA - Retired Cardinal Anthony Bevilacqua faces another round of questions Tuesday in the ongoing priest sex abuse scandal.

This is day two of the retired archbishop's deposition.

Bevilacqua began Monday at his home at a seminary in Wynnewood answering questions about what he knew about alleged sex abuse by priests in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

There are some new developments in the priest sex abuse scandal in Philadelphia.

Monsignor William Lynn is accused of transferring predator priests. His attorney says he was acting on Bevilacqua's orders.

Bevilacqua is 88-years-old and suffers from dementia. But the judge in the case issued a brief statement saying "Cardinal Bevilacqua was found competent to testify."

His questioning was set to begin again at 9:30 am. Tuesday.

FOX 29's Steve Keeley was live at archdiocese headquarters in Center City with the latest details.
