	‘All Invented’ Says Accused Priest TV 3 November 24, 2011 http://www.tv3.ie/article.php?article_id=64871&locID=1.2&pagename=news [with video] A priest who's accused of indecently assaulting a teenager has told a court that the allegations against him were "invented". Father Daniel Duane, from North Cork, denies the charge. The woman, now in her 40s, claims she was sexually assaulted by Fr Duane in the summer of 1980, when she was a 14 year old student. In testimony yesterday the woman said the assault happened as they sat on a sofa. She claims that the Priest "kept whispering that this was okay" and "that God would approve" during the assault.
