District judge Leslie Dutchcot, who set Sandusky's bail lower than what prosecutors asked for, listed The Second Mile as a charity for which she volunteered. Sandusky started The Second Mile, a children's charity, and prosecutors say that's how he found victims. Sandusky was charged in the sexual assault of eight boys. According to a source close to the case, Dutchcot had only small roles at a few events in 2008 and 2009 -- after Sandusky stopped participating in charity events -- and never talked to Sandusky himself.
