Two cinder blocks were thrown through the bedroom window of Jerry Sandusky’s State College home, according to NBC Philadelphia.

The incident took place at 10:21 p.m. Thursday. State College police would not reveal whether or not anyone was home at the time, and as of Friday evening did not know who was responsible for throwing the cinder blocks.

Further troubling is the revelation that Sandusky’s home is located next to an elementary school and playground, according to Fox 29.

Investigator claims missing DA not linked to scandal

By Joe Mandak

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- The man investigating the 2005 disappearance of a central Pennsylvania prosecutor doesn't believe it is linked to the prosecutor's 1998 decision to not file child-sex charges against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky.

Still, Bellefonte police Det. Matthew Rickard tells The Associated Press he'll review how Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar handled the 1998 allegations -- just to be thorough.

With the case back in the spotlight because of the Penn State child sex-abuse scandal, Rickard says he knows of nothing linking Gricar's April 2005 disappearance to the prosecutor's earlier investigation of Sandusky. Sandusky is charged by state prosecutors with molesting the alleged 1998 victim and seven other boys.

Earlier this year, a judge declared Gricar dead, at the request of Gricar's daughter.

San Antonio PD to investigate Sandusky

Colleen Curry from ABC News is reporting that the San Antonio police depart is investigating former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky following the release of a Pennsylvania grand jury's presentment charging Sandusky with sexually abusing eight boys over 15 years.

The twenty-six page presentment details a 1999 incident in which Sandusky is accused of making advances towards a minor, traveling with Sandusky and his family, while Penn State was in San Antonio for Alamo Bowl.

The victim testified that Sandusky threatened to send the boy home after the alleged victim rejected Sandusky advances.
