	Bail Plea of Rape Accused Rejected MSN News September 17, 2011 http://news.in.msn.com/national/article.aspx?cp-documentid=5446482 Muzaffarnagar (UP), Sep 17 (PTI) A local court today rejected the bail plea of Dhiraj Pal, accused of raping a 21-year-old girl along with a priest and another man. Additional District Sessions Judge Pradeep Kumar Goel rejected Pal''s bail plea observing that no bail can be granted in the case. According to prosecution, a 21-year-old girl was abducted from Balheri village in the district in March. She was taken to Delhi where she was allegedly raped by Pushpendra, a priest in a temple here and his two disciples Dhirajpal and Nitin Kumar. The accused had been arrested earlier. The prosecutor, Ritu Choudhry, opposed the bail plea and argued that the accused misused the position of trust they had in society.
