The complainant had got married in 2009 at the Arya Samaj Mandir. The woman also claimed that she asked for her marriage papers several times in the past but Vishveshwar kept on postponing it on one pretext or the other.A 0.38 calibre USA made revolver, two double barrel guns, one single barrel gun, one bolt action rifle and one air gun along with live rounds were recovered from Vishveshwar's possession when he was arrested.
