Tedd Butler is pastor of Gospel Light Baptist Church in Walker, near Grand Rapids. Authorities tell The Grand Rapids Press (http://bit.ly/qlF3Sd ) that the alleged incidents occurred years ago in Ottawa and Kent counties. The 46-year-old Butler is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Ottawa County sheriff's Lt. Mark Bennett says the pastor was taken into custody Wednesday in Allegan County. Butler is expected to be transferred to Ottawa County court on Thursday. It was not immediately known if he had an attorney. Butler has been pastor of Gospel Light Baptist since 2003. A message seeking comment was left Thursday by The Associated Press at a telephone listing for the church.
