	Hawaii Court Clears Priest, Says Sex-assault Charges "Fabricated" Catholic Culture August 25, 2011 http://www.catholicculture.org/news/headlines/index.cfm?storyid=11508 A court in Hawaii has cleared a Catholic priest of sexual misconduct, finding that the complaint against him had been "fabricated." Father Buohdan Borowec, a visiting priest from the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Winnipeg, had been charged with sexual assault in February. A jury found that the charge was based on a harmless incident in which the priest had exchanged "two courtesy huts and kisses on the cheek" with an adult woman, in the presence of a witness. The woman later decided to file charges.
