	Retired Roman Catholic Priest on Leave WRGB August 13, 2011 http://www.cbs6albany.com/news/urban-1287302-catholic-retired.html The Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany has another priest to investigate and more allegations of sexual abuse - this time abuse that is alleged to have happened more than twenty years ago. Bishop Howard Hubbard put the retired Reverend Carl Urban on administrative leave. Someone is claiming Urban abused him when he was a minor. Urban, 72, retired in January. He was the pastor of the church of St. Adalbert in Schenectady. Urban denies the allegation. Among the other recent, similar cases: A jury convicted Gary Mercure in February on rape charges and in March, the diocese put four retired priests on leave and removed one from the ministry.
