The Maltese Curia is seeking the Vatican’s approval for a new set of regulations in dealing with sex offenders within the clergy. The new regulations were formulated after a thorough internal audit of how the Response Team acted in the past 11 years.
The Curia was criticised by Mgr. Charles Scicluna a high Vatican official on these matters.
Meanwhile, on Friday, Archbishop will be meeting victims at St.Joseph home where he is expected to ask for forgiveness on behalf of the Maltese Church.
