John Schneider has been placed on probation for one year and has been ordered to perform 100 hours of community service and pay a $100 fine. The 58-year-old Schneider resigned as pastor of St. Eugene Catholic Church shortly after he was charged. Police say Schneider deleted hundreds of pornographic images of children from the home computer of music minister Paul Lawrence Berrell in May 2009. Berrell was sentenced in April to 28 years in federal prison.
