(AP) — A priest at a Catholic church in Nashville has been indicted on three counts of sexual battery. Police said Wednesday that 52-year-old Luis Garcia-Barreto of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church is accused of groping and inappropriately touching a 49-year-old female employee at the church. He surrendered and was released after posting $85,000 bond.
