Court has set August 25, as the date for hearing a case in which a Catholic Priest is accused of snatching another man's wife. Lawyers representing John Ssepuuya and Okumu Masiga last week agreed to appear before the deputy registrar of the High Court to settle the matter amicably.

Margaret Muyonyi, the deputy the Registrar, who has been allocated the case was away on official duty. Kafuuzi Kwamara, Masiga's lawyer, said they would meet with the Registrar of the Family Division of High Court to resolve the matter.

Ssepuuya, through his lawyers Muganwa, Nanteza and Company Advocates, last month asked for settlement of the case out of court.
