PHOENIX - A valley priest faces a sexual misconduct allegation and the Maricopa County Attorney's office says it is not investigating him.
The pastor of St. Timothy parish in Mesa, Father John Spaulding, was suspended by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix.
They found that allegations of abuse, which happened 25 years ago, was credible.
The County Attorney's office says it has not received any criminal investigation reports on Spaulding and it is not participating in any investigation against him.
