	Ham Lake Church Youth Director Accused of Affair with Underage Girl Pioneer Press June 15, 2011 http://www.twincities.com/ci_18279281?nclick_check=1 A church youth director from Blaine suspected of having a sexual relationship with an underage girl was arrested Tuesday, the Anoka County sheriff's office said. Damian Blake Burkhalter was booked into the Anoka County Jail on suspicion of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Burkhalter, 47, has not been charged. The Anoka County attorney's office is considering charges against Burkhalter, who authorities said works at a Ham Lake Lutheran church. Burkhalter remains in custody at the Anoka County Jail.
