Paprocki (Committee on Canonical Affairs and Church Governance) to Bishop Blase J. Cupich (Committee on the Protection of Children and Young People), regarding the recent revisions to the Vatican's abuse policy, and the task of conforming the U.S. policy to the Vatican's.
