Seppia is being held under precautionary arrest as ordered by preliminary investigating magistrate, Maria Vicidomini of Milan. Public prosecutor Stefano Puppo's questioning was to have begun at 3 p.m. at Marassi prison, where the priest was brought this afternoon. The prosecutor, Seppia, his lawyer Paolo Bonanni and the Carabinieri from the Milan NAS, who investigated the priest, were present. The questioning comes before fixing a date to go before regional appeal court of Milan, where Seppia's lawyer will appeal. Seppia is currently accused of attempting to commit sexual violence on minors, encouraging minors to prostitution and giving drugs. . .
