A Dominican nun from the Lourdes Home in Ghajnsielem, was questioned yesterday over alleged child abuse which, took place around five years ago.
Reports have said that it is the same nun, who had been previously arrested at the time of the allegations.
The Bishop of Gozo, Mgr Mario Grech, set up a commission in April 2006 to investigate allegations of physical and psychological abuse perpetrated on minors during their stay at Lourdes Home, run by the Dominican Sisters. Following the findings of the commission, in April 2008 the Bishop issued a statement asking "for forgiveness."
