The indictment, which was handed down on Tuesday, charges Gerald Dishman, 51, with 13 counts of rape involving children under the age of 12. According to the indictment, the incidents occurred between 1985-94 and involved two different children. Dishman, who is a pastor at Denny Hollow Jesus Name Church on Highway 200 in Monticello, was briefly held in the Wayne County Detention Center before posting a $200,000 property bond.
