Cork has been found not guilty by direction of the judge of the indecent assault of a woman when she was a teenager over 30 years ago. Fr. Dan Duan had denied indecently assaulting the girl on dates between September 1st 1980 and April 1st 1982. The woman had alleged the incident occurred at a house in Mallow when she was aged 15 or 16.
