But some details have changed. A group of lawyers will announce a wrongful death suit against the diocese stemming from the suicide of a former St. Mark's altar boy. Known as "Ben," the Bucks County man's suicide was detailed in the Philadelphia Grand Jury report that charged a teacher, monsignor and three priests with abuse, and questioned the activity of 37 others. The attorneys will file the suit with the Court of Common Pleas tomorrow.
