Guam - More legislation was introduced today dealing with child sex crimes. Senator Tony Ada introduced Bill 99 that will require certain individuals who have committed a sex crime or a crime of violence to provide a DNA specimen for law enforcement identification purposes.

He also introduced Bill 100, requiring the Department of Education incorporate safe Internet surfing habits in its curriculum, as well as Bills 101 and 102, which places controls and restrictions on registered sex offenders who may use social networking sites, instant messaging, blogs and e-mail.

Ada states the purpose of the four measures is prevention.
