Patrick Joseph McCabe has denied the charges and fought extradition since surrendering to US authorities in July 2010, after Irish authorities charged him with nine counts of sexual abuse. Irish officials said McCabe admitted to investigators in 2007 that young boys dressed in uniforms and ties sexually aroused him.
