Del. Supreme Court Upholds Child Victim's Act By Sean O'Sullivan News Journal February 22, 2011 http://www.delawareonline.com/article/20110222/NEWS/110222055/Del-Supreme-Court-upholds-Child-Victim-s-Act-?odyssey=tab|topnews|text|Home The state Supreme Court has upheld the Delaware Child Victim’s Act as constitutional. The ruling came late today in the case of James Sheehan v. Oblates of St. Francis De Sales and Salesianum School, where the high court sent the civil case back to Superior Court for a partial re-trial based on mistakes made during jury instructions.
