Court documents accuse Bishop Edward Cullen of shielding another priest. The grand jury says Cullen told the Cardinal of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia that Priest Edward Avery resigned from his parish due to a health issue. But the investigation found he actually resigned after accusations he molested an alter boy. Avery is facing charges.
