	SNAP Appealing to Listecki over Lawsuit WISN January 31, 2011 http://www.wisn.com/r/26673806/detail.html MILWAUKEE -- The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, or SNAP, will appeal to Archbishop Jerome Listecki to intervene in a federal lawsuit Monday. This comes after reports that the Vatican refused to be served with a lawsuit surrounding a former Wisconsin priest. The suit accuses Father Lawrence Murphy of abusing at least 200 children at the school for the deaf in St. Francis decades ago. The defense attorney for one alleged victim says the documents were returned by Fedex. The lawsuit names the pope and other high-ranking Vatican officials as defendants. SNAP will hold a press conference outside of the Cousins Center at 1:30 p.m. Monday.
