The San Antonio Archdiocese settled the abuse suit for $1 million. Attorneys for the teenage boy who claims he was sexually assaulted by John Fiala say the teen will use the money to pay for counseling. Fiala, 52, remains behind bars in a Dallas County jail on charges of solicitation of capital murder. He has been there since his arrest in November 2010.
