Belgian officials say they plan to expel a Canadian priest facing sex charges involving Inuit children in Nunavut.
Eric Dejaeger remains wanted in Canada on warrants issued in 2002 for alleged sex crimes in Igloolik about 30 years ago.
Mr. Dejaeger was originally Belgian, but took out Canadian citizenship in 1994.
He has been living illegally in Belgium for years.
Canadian officials were not immediately available to comment.
