	Diocese of Steubenville's Statement on Gregg M. Bahen - 1/3/10 WTOV January 3, 2011 http://www.wtov9.com/news/26350525/detail.html A student at Catholic Central High School, Steubenville, has alleged an incident of physical abuse against Gregg M. Bahen, a coach and teacher at the high school. Under the Diocese of Steubenville’s “Decree on Child Protection,” diocesan Vicar General Kurt H. Kemo has determined that there is a semblance of truth to the allegation, and Bahen has been placed on paid leave. Also, in accordance with the “Decree,” the matter has been referred to the Jefferson County prosecuting attorney.
