Brother Raimond Rose, a former teacher at De La Salle High School in Concord, has already been sued once by former students in Concord, which ended in a $1.1-million settlement, and now, it's happening again, only in another state.
Rose, who taught in Concord during the 1980 s, is once again being accused of molestation by 21 different men in North Dakota, where Rose was a teacher off and on since the 1960 s.
The settlement, which is undisclosed, was reached over the summer.
