| Church - Murphy Commission investigated the handling by the Cloyne Diocese of allegations |
The Report of the Commission investigating the handling of clerical child sex abuse allegations in the Diocese of Cloyne was due to be given to Minister for Justice Dermot Ahern today.
The Murphy Commission investigated the handling by the Cloyne Diocese of allegations of abuse made against 19 priests over a 13-year period between 1996 and 2009.
It is expected that Mr Ahern will refer the Commission's report to the High Court and it will be published in the New Year.
