	Publication of Further Material from the Dublin Archdiocese Report Department of Justice and Law Reform December 17, 2010 http://www.justice.ie/en/JELR/Pages/Publication%20of%20Further%20Material%20from%20the%20Dublin%20Archdiocese%20Report On 15 October 2009 the High Court directed that certain specified passages in the report of the Commission of Investigation into the handling by Church and State authorities of allegations and suspicions of child sexual abuse against clerics of the Catholic Archdiocese of Dublin be not published until the court otherwise directs. On 15 December 2010 the High Court set aside its direction. The passages are now available on the Department’s website www.justice.ie Certain other passages in the report have not yet been published, following a separate High Court direction.
