WDEL's Amy Cherry reports. Attorneys for John Vai say he was DeLuca’s "sex slave" and "boy toy." What’s worse, Tom Crumplar, says is St. Elizabeth’s knew about it. He says Father Cini lived next door to DeLuca in the rectory and had a choice – to protect kids or go along to get ahead. Now he’s the number two man in the Diocese, and Crumplar says his choice was clear. Attorneys for St. Elizabeth’s argue Cini was a rookie priest back then and can’t be held responsible for something he knew nothing about.
