Police say Father John Fiala was arrested last week in Dallas after allegedly offering a neighbor five-thousand dollars to kill the 16-year-old. Fiala faces solicitation to commit murder and aggravated sexual assault of a child charges after allegedly raping the teen at gunpoint. A lawsuit filed last spring over the sexual assault claims names the Archdiocese of San Antonio as a defendant.
