	Nsac Conlon Abysmal Choice to Head Child Protection Committee By Kristine Ward National Survivor Advocates Coalition November 16, 2010 http://www.nsacoalition.org/ The Bishops who briefly located their spines to defeat Bishop Gerald R. Kicanas for the presidency of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) quickly reverted to their duck and dodge posture in the election for the head of the Child and Youth Protection Committee. Placing Bishop R. Daniel Conlon of Steubenville, Ohio, as the leader of this committee is like sending the fox into the hen house.
