Carlie Ekamrank, 52, had originally faced five counts of sex-abuse of a minor -- a 12-year-old girl. The agreement drops all counts but the one, according to court documents filed in Bethel Superior Court. If the judge accepts the terms in a hearing scheduled for early next year, Ekamrak could receive five years in prison and a probationary period of up to 10 years.
