The Rev. Steven Belinski resigned Oct. 21 from Grace Lutheran Church, according to the Northeastern Pennsylvania Synod. He had been pastor there since 1983, following a stint at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Allentown. According to a synod statement, a woman who doesn't belong to the Grace congregation said Belinski engaged in a sexual relationship with her when she came to him for pastoral care in the early 1980s.
