	Defrocked Priest Speaks in Del. Deposition Video WJZ October 29, 2010 http://wjz.com/wireapnewsmd/Defrocked.priest.in.2.1986282.html A defrocked priest said in a deposition video that he had 'simulated sex' with the then-teenager who is now suing him under a state child victims act. The News Journal reports that Francis DeLuca says in depositions taken in 2008 and 2009 that he had "simulated sex" with plaintiff John Vai when he was a teenage altar boy at St. Elizabeth's Roman Catholic Church in the late 1960s. A jury hearing the case viewed the video on Wednesday. DeLuca was not in court then and is not expected to attend, as his former attorney told the court that he is suffering from health issues. The Associated Press does not usually identify victims of sexual assault, but Vai and other alleged victims of DeLuca have spoken publicly about their abuse.
