	Youth Pastor Sex Case Delayed Odessa American September 29, 2010 http://www.oaoa.com/news/pastor-53547-results-mccoy.html Prosecutors are awaiting the results of trace evidence testing before asking 358th District Court Judge Bill McCoy to set a trial date in the case against an Odessa youth pastor charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl. Assistant District Attorney Scott Layh told McCoy Tuesday that a “rush” had been placed on the test and should be done in late November. The trial of Second Baptist Church of Odessa pastor Robert John Weber should be set once test results on that evidence is returned to the district attorney’s office. Weber was indicted last year on nine counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The indictment accuses Weber of having at least three encounters with the girl in which he received and performed oral sex.
