The appropriate place to try lawsuits is in the court room. There are rules on how civil litigation is to take place and how counsel should conduct themselves, we intend to follow those rules." "The whole issue of sexual exploitation, the abuse of power with sex with someone, is really an issue of humanity," Bernstein said. "Women experience it. Girls do. Young boys do, young men do and the lawsuit alleged that this is something that started with young men at 14-15-16 building a relationship, and then the lawsuit alleges that there is exploitation. It's why I have fiercely protected, against everybody's wishes saying no to everyone in this world. Even Oprah. To say no, we are not sitting down with an interview with these boys at this point."
