William Casey began his career here in the 1960's. He faces charges of forcible sodomy and indecent liberties with a minor in Southwest Virginia, and criminal sexual conduct and aggravated rape in Kingsport, Tennessee. A judge denied Casey's motion to remove the monitor, following a bond dispute. Casey's next court appearance is scheduled for November 22nd.
