Clayton, MO (KTVI-FOX2now.com) - A Forty-Eight year old, Affton man is in jail tonight after having a warrant sworn out against him for the First Degree Child Molestation of a Jefferson County minor. Terry McDowell is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center on a bond of $50, 000. He is accused of inappropriately touch a 4 year old child that he and his wife had been babysitting for the last two years. The abuse is alleged to have occurred between January and May of 2010. The St. Louis County Police are asking that if anyone knows of anyone who may have been abused by Terry McDowell, to please call 314-889-2341
