Reverend Emile R. Boutin is facing charges of indecent assault and battery. Boutin pleaded not guilty to the charges back in June after allegedly assaulting a man. A 21-year-old man had told police that Boutin followed him into a wooded area behind a parking lot and touched him inappropriately. The victim said he ran out of the woods and called police. Officers tracked Boutin down a short time later.
