A charge of indecent assault has been laid against 79-year-old Kenneth O'Keefe, now of Toronto, but formerly an Ottawa priest, according to the police. The charge stems from an investigation that began just last month after a complaint was made of an alleged ``inappropriate contact'' between a Roman Catholic priest and a teenage male in Ottawa in 1972, police say. O'Keefe was to make a first appearance in court Wednesday.
