	Former Saanich Priest Arrested on Multiple Sex Charges By Katie DeRosa Vancouver Sun August 6, 2010 http://www.vancouversun.com/Former+Vancouver+Island+priest+arrested+multiple+charges/3368579/story.html A Catholic priest from the U.S. who spent four years working in a Saanich church was arrested this week on a Canada-wide warrant for a variety of sex offences. Father Phil Jacobs was arrested by Saanich police on Wednesday as he arrived at the Victoria airport. Jacobs is charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and sexual exploitation. It is not yet clear where and when the alleged offences occurred.
