Father William "Bill" Casey, 76, must answer to two felony charges - forcible sodomy and indecent liberties with a child - in Scott County, Va., District Attorney Marcus McClung said Tuesday. The new charges stem from incidents over a three-month period in 1978 at Natural Tunnel State Park, McClung said.
