The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled to uphold a sexual abuse conviction of a former priest who said he was falsely accused.
Donald McGuire is accused of abusing two boys in the 1960s.
The men came forward in 2003, saying McGuire abused them during trips to a cottage in Fontana, Wis.
A jury in Walworth County convicted McGuire on the charges in 2006.
He appealed the conviction, arguing the delay between when the alleged abuse happened and when it was reported hurt his ability to defend himself.
